AOV was founded in Shenzhen,a Special Economic Zone,by some young people who returned to China after the overseas studies in 1998,AOV is one of the largest third-party testing and certification authorities in China,leader and innovator in the testing and certification service trade in China,member of China Association for Standardization and one of the drafters for Management Methods for Consumer Product Safety Committee(CPSC) for discussion of standard deveiopment,most advices being adopted and kept close cooperation with the domestic as well as international technical institutes.

Recognized by CNAS,AOV lab has also obtained the authorization from U.S UL,FCC,CEC,IC,Germany TUV,Norwegian Nemko,E8 at Cesky Krumiov and CPSC from U.S,It has won the qualified lab certificates in all competence testing campaigns as organized by global accreditation Administartion of the People's Republic of China,and for times designated as the standard lab for competence testing.In the country，we have good relations of cooperation with the China Quality Certification Center (CQC), and many other well-known third-party testing certification bodies.
