【查询报告前请注意 please note before search】

为了给客户提供更好的服务，AOV对报告查询系统进行了升级，请您仔细阅读下面提示以便于快速查询。

1、单份查询：客户只需要符合上面所述准确的编号和日期条件即可查询该份证书/报告的PDF电子档详情。

2、批量查询：为了方便拥有大量证书/报告需要查询的客户能够一次性查询到某一月或者某年的全部证书/报告。有需要批量查询功能的客户请联系您在AOV的客户专员进行申请，申请核准后，我们会给予您一个特殊的查询编号和日期，在上面输入该编号和日期后即可查询到特定范围的全部证书/报告。

3、如果证书编号和测试报告编号相同时，当你想查询证书时请在完整的编号后面增加小写字母“c”；如果你查询的是测试报告则在完整的编号后面增加小写字母“r”。

4、本系统可以查询报告数据为2009年8月1后之数据。如果你要查询此日期前数据，请向AOV客户专员反馈。

5、本系统之数据只用于客户查询核对证书、报告真伪，不做他用。本系统数据保留周期为一年。

AOV report inquiry system has been upgraded in order to provide better service to customers, please read the following tips carefully for fast queries.
1、Single search: Customers can search the details of the certificate and PDF electronic files of the report only needed to meet the above condition of accurate number and date.
2、Batch search: For customers who needs to search all the certificate and report of certain mouth or year at a time. Please contact with your customer specialist in AOV, we will give you a particular inquiry number and date after applying for auditing, input the number and date you can search the certificate or report in particular range.
3、If the number of certificate and report are the same, please add lowercase “c” after the complete number when search the certificate, and add lowercase “r” after the complete number when search the report.
4、In this system you can search the reprot data which are after 1,Aug 2009.If you need search the report before this date, please feedback to your customer specialist.
5、The data in this system is only used for customer to verify the authenticity of certificates and reports, will no other use. The system data period is one year.
